• Students can only join libraries listed and approved by Simple Library.
• Owners must maintain accurate seat data and honor student bookings.

2. User Accounts

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• Accounts found to be misused or faked may be suspended or removed.

3. Payments

• All fees paid by students are non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the library.
• Owners must pay platform commission (after free trial) as per the admin dashboard.
• Payment gateway and UPI use is governed by their respective terms.

4. Content and Conduct

• Users must not upload offensive or false data.
• Libraries listed must follow local regulations.
• Simple Library reserves the right to block any user for policy violations.

5. Limitations

• We are not responsible for disputes between owners and students.
• Seat availability is updated based on owner input and may vary.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of terms without prior notice.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the new terms.
