Cancellation & Refund Policy — Simple Library

Effective Date: July 25, 2025

Simple Library enables library owners to pay commission fees to the admin for platform access and related services. Once a payment is successfully completed, it cannot be cancelled as these fees are service-based.

Refunds are only considered in specific cases such as accidental duplicate payments or technical errors where the amount is deducted but the service is not activated. Any request for a refund must be submitted within 3 days of the transaction along with valid proof.

Upon verification and approval, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
